Nositel N-1 Lunar Launch

Second Stage
The N-1 "Block B" second stage, being readied for
flight in the hanger at Baikonur. This stage was 33.7 feet in diameter
at the base and 67.2 feet long. It was powered by 8 KK-43 engines
producing 1578 tons of thrust. Like the third stage, it was never
used in actual flight as the first stage was never able to complete it's
burn before destroying the vehicle.
