The kit parts are crisply molded with some flash on the smaller parts. The clear acetate must be cut to fit the interior and exterior windows. This kit is intended to be used with the Monogram 1/32 scale Apollo CSM kit for those wanting to pose the model with the hatch open. The instruction sheet contains an exploded drawings with color callouts as a painting guide. The kit box also has a photo of a completed model that also can help with painting.
