The N-1 Japan Launch Vehicle was derived from the US Thor and Delta line of launch vehicles. The kit parts are beautifully cast with crisp details and no visible airholes. All parts except for the engine bells are solidly molded. The engine bells are nicely hollowed out. To completely detail the turbo exhaust, the modeler will have to supply some bits of wire or thin rod. Decals are included to represent the launch vehicle for the Kiku-1 satellite. The instruction sheet includes a short program history, graphical assembly steps with details and a four view painting and decaling guide.
