Roy writes: I haven't built a plastic model kit since I was a kid! It used to take me an
average Saturday afternoon, and then I'd load it up with firecrackers the
next day after church. This Gemini capsule took a few weeks, and I don't
like the way the equipment module turned out, so I left it off till I can
find some gold foil. We're not allowed to play with firecrackers here in
Santa Barbara, so I'll probably wind up hanging it from my ceiling or
something boring like that.
The ridges on the retro module are made out of (uncooked) angel hair pasta,
glued on with Zap CA.
