Richard converted the Estes Saturn V into the proposed Icarus Asteroid Interceptor. He used custom made centering rings to convert the flying model into a cluster configuration and made two balsa nose cones on a vertical lathe. He used Model Master Paints, Classical White Gloss, kit's decals and sealed with MM Semi Gloss Lacquer. Then made the frost covered sections with Krylon flat white.
