J-series Lunar Module

The J-series of Lunar Modules were the extended stay vehicles used on Apollo 15, 16, and 17. They also carried the Lunar Roving Vehicle in the bay next to the descent ladder. I tended to concentrate these photos on the LRV bay itself, with a few other shots thrown in for good measure. This was on display in the US Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama. I've also included some drawings from the Apollo 15 Final Lunar Surface Procedures document which shows how the rover was unstowed from the LM, along with the layout of the MESA.
