The Rastrocam
Exploded View
This is an exploded view of my Rastrocam. It consists of a Maniac
nose cone, a piece of BT-56 body tube cut from a sacrificial Delta II,
and the Rastrocam body. The nose cone is connected to the Rastrocam
body with a length of elastic shock cord to make sure it stays
attached during recovery. A standard Estes shock cord mount at the
base of the Rastrocam is attached to a parachute for flight.
