Phobos
This is a model of the Phobos Mars exploration spacecraft. Two
of these were launched to Mars in 1988. The first spacecraft was lost
enroute due to a command error. The second was lost shortly after
entering Martian orbit and before close approach to the Martian moon
Phobos.
