Most of the resin pieces are solid, with crisply molded find details
and a slick surface finish. There are a couple of air holes on some
parts. The engine bell is molded as a separate piece and is nicely
hollowed out, as are the smaller rocket nozzles molded into the engine
section. The front end also has nicely molded details. The ABS tube
represents the main Agena body, while the wire rod serves as the
antenna mast. The styrene strip is to detail the engine area. The
instruction sheet includes detailed drawings for assembling the
docking stabilizers and exploded drawings for the final assembly. A
wraparound painting guide completes the instructions.
