The resin parts are solid with crisply molded details and finely engraved panel lines. The engine nozzles are hollowed out. There is some flash on the interstage lattice truss and a couple of the more delicate details on the upper stage were broken, but they can be repaired. All parts are still attached to their pour plugs. There are no evident airholes in the parts that I could see. Extra parts are included for some of the photoetched and more delicate resin parts in case you break/lose them during construction. The photoetched parts are numbered for easy identification, as are some of the smaller resin parts. You will need to provide some wire or plastic rod (not included) to finish detailing the model. The instruction sheet includes a short program history, multiple graphical assembly steps with details and a painting and decaling guide. A set of R-7 stencils is also included in the kit.
