The resin parts are solid with a smooth surface finish, crisply molded details and finely engraved panel lines. There are no visible airholes on the parts in my sample. The engine bells are nicely hollowed out. All parts are still attached to their pour plugs. An extra set of cross braces are included in my kit, as they are very delicate and prone to breakage upon release from their pour plug. Photoetched parts provide the fins and antennae. Some photoetched parts won't be used, as the sheet of parts is common to all of the R7 kits. The decal sheet includes all the stencils for the missile. The instruction sheet includes a short history, multistep graphical assembly instructions with details, a guide to applying the stencils and a painting guide.
