This kit is to be used with the Fujimi 1/144 scale B-29 and Dragon 1/144 scale X-1 kits to create the 1947 EB-29 mother plane (no. 521800). The resin parts have crisp details and most of them are quite delicate. There is some flash on the parts that will need careful removal. The only airholes I see in my parts are in the part for the X-1 pilot elevator. The instructions detail the modifications required to the Fujimi kit parts in multiple text steps, aided by photographs and drawings. A three view painting guide also shows where the decals go. The decals appear to be printed on an ALPS printer and include canopy framing strips for the B-29. Bonus decals are provided for the X-1, including NACA tail markings, serial numbers, and stencil markings.
