International Space Station

These photos were sent along by Gary Kitmacher.


The first four photos show the Unity Node and PMAs (Pressurized Mating Adapters) in pretty close to final flight configuration. Note no soft outer coverings like mylar or fabric thermal blankets. Note the exposed cables. The big black dots on white background are the Automated Vision System targets.

The final three photos show the Unity Node and PMAs in the Shuttle's cargo bay, ready for launch.
