Gemini 11
Charles "Pete" Conrad and Richard Gordon refined rendezvous
maneuvers by docking with their Agena target on their first orbit on
September 12, 1966. Gordon performed more EVA, including attaching a
tether to the Gemini spacecraft and the Agena target for station
keeping and 'artificial gravity' experiments. After 44 revolutions of
the Earth, they splashed down in the Atlantic on September 15.
