The kit parts are a mix of solid and hollow resin, molded with soft
features and a slightly rough surface finish and some gunges. They
also have a moderate amount of pinholes. The model can be built with
separating stages, so the second stage has a detailed engine. The
kit also includes optional parts for two types of payload fairings.
Two additional smaller SRBs are also included if you opt to model the
hammerhead fairing. The instructions include a short description of
the program, basic steps to use with a resin kit (wash, sand, fill,
sand, etc.), and step-by-step illustrated assembly instructions. A
text and illustrated painting guide and two color printed photos of
the real vehicle finish off the instructions.
