Skylab Rescue CSM
This is a short walkaround series of photos of the Skylab Rescue CSM which would have flown aboard the Saturn 1B on display in the Rocket Garden. The command module module was modified to carry five astronauts: two to pilot the CSM to Skylab to return the three Skylab crewmen to earth in the event of a problem with the CSM docked with the station. And I don't know why I didn't try to shoot a photo of the interior through the docking tunnel... I blame sleep deprivation.
