The injection molded parts are well molded, with no flash and come in a small full-color box with the X-20 prominently shown. Part trees are flat and not warped. Fuselage, wings, and tail all have raised panel lines and hatch outlines. There are two clear styrene canopies. One has the top hatch open and the other closed.
The pilot’s seat, instrument panel, stick, rudder pedals and side instrument panels are included and look well detailed. The orbit adjust motors on the tail are molded separately. Dual wing elevons are separate and can be positioned up or down. The kit includes the skid-type landing gear as proposed along with wheel wheels and wheel bay doors. No pilot figure is included.
A color guide is included on the 5-page color instruction sheet which is in English and Ukrainian. A large two-page sheet in color shows the X-20 in either USAF or NASA markings. The decal sheet has markings to suit either build, including the instrument panels.
