| Comments: | This kit depicts a possible concept for the space shuttle that was proposed in 1972. The resin parts are solid with a surface finish that ranges from very slightly textured to slick. The panel lines are engraved and there are no prominent air holes in my sample. There is, however, a visible (but not horrible) mold seam that will need cleaning up monst of the parts. The main fuselage has been molded with a cargo bay and the bay door can be posed opened or closed. The instruction sheet includes a very brief history of the concept along with illustrated steps for assembly. Since this was only a concept, painting and markings are conjectural, but a guide is also included in the instructions. |
